項目以認知癥長者照護為核心特色，進行建筑空間及產品設計，采用國際認可的“生活共同體”照護模式，為長者提供高品質的專業照護服務。項目東鄰濱河公園，南鄰翡翠公園，擁有清澈的水岸線生態景觀與豐富的植被環境，為入住長者帶來四季皆景的頤養體驗。
The project takes the care of the elderly with cognitive impairment as the core feature, carries out architectural space and product design, adopts the internationally recognized "community of life" care mode, and provides high-quality professional care services for the elderly. The project is adjacent to the riverside park in the East and jadeite Park in the south. It has clear water coastline ecological landscape and rich vegetation environment, which brings the elderly living experience of four seasons.
